TCT setup at UZH

In this page I plan to put some information about our TCT setup.

Our setup is composed by

• Hardware
  • Large Scanning TCT by Particulars:
    • 1064 nm wavelength infrared pulsed laser.
    • x,y,z motorized stages with sub-micron position resolution.
  • Add-ons to the Particulars TCT:
    • Laser splitting+delay system for timing measurements. More info.
    • Low temperature system (for irradiated devices). More info.
• Software
  • Repo with scripts. These scripts control the hardware and produce the data.
  • PyticularsTCT, control the motorized stages + the laser using Python, from Windows or Linux.
  • lgadtools, utilities for data analysis in Python.
  • Several other packages to control and coordinate each piece of hardware we have there:
    • TeledyneLeCroyPy (oscilloscopes).
    • ElectroAutomatikGmbHPy (power supply for the low temperature system).
    • Keithley (bias voltage power supply).
    • EasySensirion (temperature+humidity sensor).
